 Bligh Capital was incorporated in Sydney in March 2007 as an alternative investment banking house designed to service institutional investors and small to mid cap companies. In mid 2009, we expanded our operations through the establishment of affiliated offices in Western Australia.

The company has two focused divisions; Bligh Capital Securities, the sales and broking arm, and Bligh Capital Partners, the capital markets and corporate restructuring division.

As an independent investment bank, Bligh Capital is not conflicted by those influences present in multinationals. The group firmly believes that smaller and mid-sized companies deserve a level of professional service that larger organizations tend to overlook at this end of the market.
